Hemvati Nandan Bahuguna (April 25, 1919 – March 17, 1989) was a Congress Party leader and former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh; he later joined Bharatiya Lok Dal and worked with Charan Singh. ==Personal== He was born on 25 April 1919 in Bughani, Pauri Garhwal, Uttarakhand.
